OUR STORY
At Oakville Trophies and Engraving, we believe every achievement deserves to be celebrated. For over a decade, we’ve been creating high-quality, affordable trophies, awards, and custom engraving that carry a personal touch. Our journey began with a passion for music education and has grown into a mission to help people everywhere feel recognized and valued.
Our story started in Oakville, Ontario, in 2001, when founders James and Jennifer Franczek purchased their first music school. What began as one small school quickly grew into four thriving locations, serving more than 1,000 students weekly. Along the way, James and Jennifer discovered something powerful: recognition inspires confidence. Through the Musical Ladder System, we’ve proudly awarded thousands of children across Canada, helping them feel like stars as they reached new milestones.
What began as a simple way to celebrate our students’ progress soon evolved into something much bigger. Today, Oakville Trophies and Engraving proudly supplies music schools, dance studios, sports leagues, and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area — and across Canada. From first recitals to championship games to workplace milestones, our mission is the same: to deliver dependable, meaningful awards and custom engraving that make people feel proud of their accomplishments.
