Yes! All trophies, plaques, and awards from the custom catalogues can be personalized with names, dates, messages, or your logo where indicated. Engraving is included for the Basic Trophies Line products only. Catalogue orders are an additional cost.
We can engrave files in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, DXF, and high-resolution PNG or JPG and JPEG formats. For the best results, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, DXF) are ideal, but high-quality images work too—just make sure they’re at least 300 DPI.
For large or complex orders, we provide a digital proof upon request. Standard orders are engraved exactly as you enter your text, so please double-check spelling and details.
Yes. A $35 minimum charge applies to all orders—whether trophies, plaques, medals, or engraving—to cover setup and production costs.
Yes. If you have a tight deadline, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order. Rush fees may apply depending on the timeline.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We offer standard and expedited options through Canada Post and trusted courier partners or pickup in Oakville.

Because our products are personalized, they are final sale. However, if there is an error on our part (spelling, engraving, or product quality issue), we will fix it or replace it at no cost.
