- Laser & Diamond Drag Engraving: High-precision services for metals, acrylics, wood, and select products like tumblers and business cards
- Medals: We carry a wide selection of medals in gold, silver, and bronze finishes, with ribbon colour options to match your team or event. Medals can also be personalized with engraving or custom inserts featuring your logo or design.

We use advanced xTool F1 Ultra dual-laser and traditional diamond-drag techniques for crisp results. Our engraving services cover:

CAN I BRING MY OWN TROPHY OR ITEM FOR ENGRAVING?
We can engrave and mount plates on trophies, plaques, or medals purchased from us and for many trophies purchased elsewhere. Since not all materials or products are compatible with our engraving equipment, we recommend contacting us first to see if we can work with your item.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply browse our products, select your preferred size and style, add engraving details or upload a logo, then proceed to checkout. You can also contact us directly if you need assistance with a custom request.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER IF I AM ORDERING THROUGH ONE OF THE CATALOGUES?
- Browse the catalogues and pick the product(s) you like.
- Send us the product codes or names along with your engraving details.
- We’ll get in contact with you, confirm pricing, create a proof if needed, and get your order into production.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE WITH NAMES, DATES OR LOGOS?
Yes! All trophies, plaques, and awards from the custom catalogues can be personalized with names, dates, messages, or your logo where indicated. Engraving is included for the Basic Trophies Line products only. Catalogue orders are an additional cost.
WHAT FILE TYPE DO I NEED TO SEND?
We can engrave files in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, DXF, and high-resolution PNG or JPG and JPEG formats. For the best results, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, DXF) are ideal, but high-quality images work too—just make sure they’re at least 300 DPI.
DO I GET TO PREVIEW MY ENGRAVING BEFORE PRODUCTION?
For large or complex orders, we provide a digital proof upon request. Standard orders are engraved exactly as you enter your text, so please double-check spelling and details.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY OR CHARGE?
Yes. A $35 minimum charge applies to all orders—whether trophies, plaques, medals, or engraving—to cover setup and production costs.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Basic Trophies Line: Approx. 10 days from order to delivery/pick-up
- Custom Orders (Catalogues): Typically 3 weeks, depending on product and volume .
- Engraving: Laser & diamond drag work is completed quickly; timelines depend on order size—contact us for specifics.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
Yes. If you have a tight deadline, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order. Rush fees may apply depending on the timeline.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We offer standard and expedited options through Canada Post and trusted courier partners or pickup in Oakville.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Because our products are personalized, they are final sale. However, if there is an error on our part (spelling, engraving, or product quality issue), we will fix it or replace it at no cost.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
