3. Do you have a minimum order or charge?

Yes. A $35 minimum charge applies to all orders—whether trophies, plaques, medals, or engraving—to cover setup and production costs.

4. How long will it take for my order?

  • Basic Trophies Line: Approx. 10 days from order to delivery/pick-up

  • Custom Orders (Catalogues): Typically 3 weeks, depending on product and volume .

  • Engraving: Laser & diamond drag work is completed quickly; timelines depend on order size—contact us for specifics.

5. Can I bring in my own trophy or item for engraving?

We can engrave and mount plates on trophies, plaques, or medals purchased from us—or sometimes on items you provide. Since not all materials or products are compatible with our engraving equipment, we recommend contacting us first to see if we can work with your item.
